Lauren and I took a trip to Arizona before our daughter was born, a sort of "last hooray" getaway. Jane took exceptional care of us. She suggested details I hadn't even considered, like choosing accommodations close to places we wanted to visit, ensuring convenience for Lauren. Upon arrival, we were informed that our requested room was undergoing construction. However, the staff mentioned that Jane, who had been in contact with them, had upgraded our reservation. We didn't have to lift a finger. Jane's attentiveness alleviated any worries we had; she knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it effortlessly. As we plan a honeymoon to celebrate our ten-year wedding anniversary, there's no question we'll turn to Jane again. I rarely travel without first consulting her expertise.

What do you do when you're literally boarding the plane to begin your honeymoon and receive a notification that your last stop (Amsterdam) has gone into a total lockdown?! You call your travel advisor to find you a new 'last stop.' So thankful we have Jane Halbert Jones in our corner to get this all canceled, rebooked, new flights, new hotel, new activities, new everything! We would have spent the entire first half of our honeymoon rearranging everything, but she got it all done in practically a day! Thanks to her, we got to carry on as if nothing ever happened. And within less than 48 hours, she found a solution. She has been amazing to work with and has made all our dreams come true! With all the changes, policies, procedures surrounding COVID, we never would have had a relaxing moment without her! She kept us informed all along the way, gave us peace of mind, and made sure we had everything we needed for our journey. She did everything with ease and is just downright fun to work with!
